I have a data contract for R 99 p/m with your company. However, my account increased to R299.00 last month and again to R399.00 for December. I never requested or agreed to this increased amount.
When I contacted Cell C I was referred to Mira 020. When I phoned the number Cell C gave me there was no answer.
I am deeply dissappointed and concerned that a company as big as Cell C would allow for its customers to be exploited in this way. Please respond urgently!
