I went to Vodacom Vaalmall, I wanted to do a sim swap because my sim card is old and it is not working on my new phone. So I went there on the 16th Dec and on the 29th, your system was still offline, I used my petrol and time for nothing. And then I was told I can go buy a micro sim card at Incredible Connections and do the sim swap and Rica online (just how possible is that?) I'm very disappointed! And to think that I've been using this network for years now. It doesn't end there...

Beginning of November I went to Vaalmall to apply for a new contract phone and I was told immediately that I do not qualify. Beginning of December I went to Vodacom in Ranidburg Square, did the application and I was told to come the following day, I went there and I was told that there's still no respond from the "application office". I've been patient for too long with the service I've been getting that I'm even thinking about using another network. I've wasted my time and money running around for jack... thanks for nothing!!!
