Vodacom Appalling Service and Service Provide

I'm utterly disappointed with Vodacom as a cellular network provider. I've have a contract with Vodacom for over two years and recently upgraded my contract with the intention of converting my prepaid number to the contract. At the time of the upgrade I was told by the consultant that this will be done via a swim swop and that I could bring both sim cards in at a later stage. I went to a Vodacom outlet yesterday and was told that this is not possible. I called Vodacom's customer care this morning and was told that an option is to cancel the contract number at a fee of 75% of the remainder of the contract (which is 23/24 months)... also the consultant could not give me an exact figure but it could be anything from R 3000 - R 7000. I'm very disappointed in Vodacom as a cellular network and service provider and for the misleading information from the consultants. Appalling.
