After 10 days still no active line!!!

I have been offered a new phone on contract with Virgin Mobile. After late delivery of my phone, I phoned them to activate my new contract / line. After 3 failed attempts and nobody coming back to me I am sad to say my phone is still not active!!! After signing the contract 10 days ago!!! Poor service, to say the least.
