We complained to Vodacom on the 27 October 2013, thereafter referred to ther division for a cell phone contract taken out, to date no answer from Irene on questions relating to their investigation! This is unacceptable customer service despite two follow up e-mials being sent to her directly, she has just ignored our requests for further information. Firstly Vodacom has allowed an unknown thordparty to upgrade on an existing customrs details without contacting the EXSITING customer on THEIR DATABASE, instead they call on a number NOT LINKED to their client. This is NEGLIGENCE ON THEOIR SIDE. AND WE WANT FEEDBACK. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON SINCE OCTOBER.
