I have sent MTN new banking details for my debit order. They did not update the details resulting in my account not paid, I had to go to MTN store to pay, but my account is now suspended, I can't get through to the customer services as the calls get cut or the consultant can't hear me, very frustrating. I paid my MTN account cash on Saturday 14 December 2013 at your MTN store Eastrand mall, but they could not give receipt as the printer was off line, they were suppose to e-mail it to me, I still have not recieved anything at all.
The services is now suspended, beacuse of MTN not simply updating the details after I done my part by sending them the new banking details one month in advance.
