It has taken me over 3 months just to have my banking details to be changed and in the process ended having my account in arrears and sim card has been cancelled.

I went to your Cresta mall brach to update my banking details (late December 2012) and was told that the first debit order on the new account will go off month end February.

February came and you guys still tried to run the debit order on the old account which obviously failed and I had to incur penalty fees as the old account is not active at the moment (no funds).

I went to speak to the guys at Clearwater mall as that was the nearest branch at the time. I was surprised to know that you guys still had my old banking details and strangely cannot accept cash payments at your branches.

I tried to change the banking details again and then assumed that you will then debit everything I owed you. After no debit order went through and I ended up making a cash payment (bank deposit and faxed proof) which is hustle as I has to get the reference number from your call centre.

As things stand I have paid all the money due (cash payment) and after numerous calls to you call centre, I still have no service, frustrated
