Waste of ignorant staff at call cente

Ehalf of my mum, Elizabeth Rani Naidoo, account holder for contracts at cellc, I the contact person for her at cellc n also the payee of the contracts, our problem is, my mum went to the store in Sep 2013 to change banking details, submitted the new banking details to the Chatsworth store. at the end of October, not debited cos my details was not updated in the system, paid cash cos 0746901780 was suspended, resubmitted my details to store n informed them, was told it was faxed to cellc n will be sorted, unfortunately, end of Nov, not debited on my current acc n the number was suspended, paid R300 on 05/12/2013, proof of payment sent at 13h05, contacted the call center to reconnect line, they refuse, cos of a R46, not my fault no money in previous account when new details was provided, paid R300 instead of R200 which is the cost of contract, I was told NO by the supervisor n need to pay the R46 first, I need to get reimbursed for all costs, line was suspended 18 Dec again n for not paying the R46, endless problems with cellc, with no happy endings, after fighting my phone was reconnected, call center are useless n hav proof of faxed document, I would like this matter to be resolved
