My account in July was not paid due to me changing mt banking detail, Cell C suspend my services. I call in in Aug to have my banking details changed but I was adviced that I needed to send in a fax which I did, I did get a SMS to confirm that my details was changed. At the end of July I notice that my account was not dedited for Cell C so I call the call centre and agent help me to change my banking details on the phone. I made arrangement with him to deduct two months payement the next day. I call in the next day to check if payement was piad and he help me again to reinstate my services. I Friday a very rude lady call me and she that she is going to cancel my services due to non payement. I tried to explain to her what happen but she was so rude she said that it was not Cell C fault. This was Cell C fault it was confirmed that the account was paid and my services was resinstated. This is on your voice recording as well. After 8 year of been a client I now want to cancel this services because one person can not tell one thing and then I get a very rude lady telling my that my services will been suspended.
