My monthly subsriptions have always been paid by debit order. I changed my bank account in the latter part of last year. Nedbank tried on my behalf to change my debit order details but were unsuccessful. I have been into the MTN outlet in the Coastlands Complex, Umhlanga Ridge on five occasions to sort this out, On each occasion I have been assured that my new banking details have been updated, only to discover at the beginning of each month that my bank account has not been debited and then my internet service is suspended! How can updating banking details be so difficult? MTN is completely useless and staffed by a bunch of!!!
