Good day, On the 2nd of May I send a mail to the follwoing address: [Email Removed] (on our account it shows that this is the mail address that you should use, should you want to change your banking details). I requested Cell C to change the banking details on this account, I even received a mail back, confirming it. Cell C never changed the banking details, and although they have 3 contact details of us, they never even phoned us, now this phones account has been suspended, and my son is using this phone, I do know that I am not the only person expierencing account problems with Cell C this month. My son has been in armed robberies 2x in April, and if he is not able to contact us, because Cell C never updated their records, I will surely take this matter furter. I have done my part in sending all the details through to you guys, but you have not done your part, but I can promise you, if their is an emergency and my son is not able to contact the police or any other emergency service, Cell C would have to explain to me.
