Please can someone assist me!!!

My BlackBerry phone has been sent in 5 times for the same problem? I have logged calls with Customer Services and keep getting the same phone returned to me with the same re-occurring problem? I have requested a credit on my account over the past 2-3 months as I have to call people back all the time as when they phone me I cannot hear them on my cellphone. I am using the same simm card in another loan phone which is a HTC and it works fine? Problem is I cannot use BBM on the HTC? Another week has passed as I will be leaving for holiday soon so would LOVE this to be resolved once and for all!! No point in your customer care phoning me taking the phone and then just leaving me in the dark once again. I am SOOOOO frustrated with the length of time this has taken till now and I am still no further... I have been a customer with the same cellphone no for over 10 yrs already!!! I have never had problems like this before and if BB are the problem then stop SELLING them to your clients.
