Unnecessary suspension of account

I have been without data services since June 2013, due to the incompetence of the 8ta shared service centre. I changed my banking details in May 2013, but 8ta never changed the details. They only added the new banking details and kept my original as the primary account. Thus my debit orders never went off and my account was suspended. I went into a store to sort out this issues. I paid the outstanding amount for the debit orders which they missed due to keeping the incorrcet primary account and my account was up to date. But still no data. Eventually, my debit order went off for the first time this month (30 September 2013), but my account is still suspended due to it not showing on their side that my account is correctly paid.

This is some of the worst service delivery that I have received in a long time. At least my account should be activated after 48 hours if the debit order shows on their side. Hopefully this isn't an issue every month and I can continue with the data services as normal as all of this and 3 months of waiting.
