I'm tired and angry; paying for mistakes made by MTN.
In short, I had two contracts due for upgrade or to be cancelled. I requested that one be cancelled and the other get upgraded to a data (Laptop) contract. They "upgraded"/converted BOTH contracts and I received one laptop and dongle.
This has been going on for 4 months. First they told me it was account, and I went to the police station, etc. Months later and still no resolution. I can't keep on paying an extra R285 per month for their mistakes!
