Incorrect Billing

I took out a 24 month 8ta 10GB data contract 2 years ago. When it was time for to "upgrade" after the 24 months I was told by both the call center and the branch at Centurion Mall that I can't upgrade this contract because the "promotion" was expiring the month before I could upgrade.
I then took out a new 24 month 10GB contract. The following months I was billed for both contracts. Upon enquiring I was told that the old contract is now on a month to month until I cancelled it. I then cancelled the old contract.
They then cancelled the new contract and not the old one. I was then charged R800 cancellation fee as the contract has not expired yet. After 2 months of phone calls it was eventually sorted out and I now had both contracts again. I then received a statement that reflects a R200 sim and connection fee for this reinstating of the contract.
I was then after that billed R750 for I don't know what. The same month there was a naedo collection for R500 for I don't know what.
I now see on the latest statement that I only have one contract and this is now being billed at R299 and not the promotional R199.
Oh and I now have Itemised billing for R17 per month on a data contract.
