I have currently got 6 contacts with Cell C and have been with them for many years.
However my last experience with them as convinced me that I shall be moving all 6 contracts that I currently have with them to another service provider.
My one contract was due for an upgrade, so I contacted the upgrade department of Cell C. They confirmed I was due for an upgrade. I upgraded my package and received the new Blackberry 10.
However, I received my cell phone bill and the total cam to R2000!!! Seriously!!!
I noticed however that my contract had not been upgraded!
I contacted the call center, and was transferred from one person to another (annoying)
I was then informed that my contract will only be upgraded in 2 months time!!!
Seriously!! you confirm I can upgrade, do all the paperwork, send the phone and then tell me my upgrade will only come into effect in 2 months time!!
I have seriously had enough of CellC!!!
I was told that I will be called back with resolution. However I have not received any feedback yet.
