I upgraded my cellc internet service 2 months ago and decided to get another internet contract, they gave me a sim card but never asked me if i needed a internet dongle, phoned the customer care service they said that they would escalate it but never heard of them again. So now i have two sim cards with no dongle, if they gave me an option to take the dongle with i would have, now i am paying for internet i cant use (one sim card i use on my tablet) but i still need a dongle for my laptop... so cell c the only way you reply to me is when i complain on hello peter, i went back to cresta cellc but they say i must buy a dongle for R600 each!! why did they not explain the deal to me and only sold me the sim card, i am feeling misled!? pls can you add a dongle to each internet contract that would be R119 per month and not R99. i cant afford another contract (i have 4 contracts) and i cant buy it cash this was a mistake on crestas behalf and a amendment must be made on the contracts!
