We have had phone issues for two weeks.
Yesterday Mr Lombaard shows up to check line and say he must go check at pole, goes to pole and then leaves without fixing the problem, for what there may be a reason.
What is not acceptable is he does not show common decency and let you know what the position is.
So this morning I phone the Vereeniging Technical Centre and a lady picks up, ask for Mr Lombaard, get told he is not there, ask for a supervisor, get told to hold while she looks for him.
She does not think it best to cover the phone before going on about me and then says no she has been to look for him but cant find him.
Get real.
