I applied for a telkom ADSL Line 2 weeks ago. The tech came to my house on Tuesday the 3rd. He said he is going to check the DP but never returned. I was standing looking at the Pole but he never went to the pole as i would of seen him there.
I have been calling the call centre since then only to be told that the is a cable problem. On Wednesday i called and they said they have booked the repair. I called yesterday 5th Dec and they said that a tech was going to fix it today 6th Dec. I called again today 6th dec and the call centre agent advised that nothing has been done.
This is really bad service, each time you call each agent gives you a different story.
I have been looking on this site and see many complaints about Telkom and the response is all the same from Telkom.
