In September this year I complained about vodacom still billing me for a contract that was supposed to be cancelled. They were quick to respond and very friendly. I received a phone call from Thembi stating the contract has been cancelled and that they will refund the past 2 months' payments that was deducted from my account.
Well, several emails later and December and the contract was cancelled but no refund has been processed. I sent several emails the past 2 weeks asking for feedback but had zero response. In my last 2 I stated that I will post my grievances on Hellopeter and was also ignored showing that Vodacom really does not care.
Well I hope someone there actually cares what people think about them and respond. It is shocking the level of service us South Africans has to deal with and became used to.
