Line installation POOR service, worst service eve

4 weeks ago I ordered a new phone line ref: CM981666 . a technician came out in 5 days but there was ivy on the telephone pole so he could not complete the job. he said a supervisor would contact me the next day to schedule the pruning. our neighbour had problems with his line due to the ivy but his telkom technician suggested we should clear it since it would go quicker. i personally cleared the pole on june 4th and called 10210 to inform them that the technician could come and finish the installation. i did not get a response on a date so I called again on the 7th to double check. again no response so I called on the 14th and themba at 10210 said they would come on the 18th. no technician arrived so i called 10210 and bongile said there was no technician booked since there is vegetation on the pole. I left two messages for the supervisor (mathilda) but have not heard from her. ngomso at 10210 later scheduled a technician to come on the 21st but no one arrived either. this time supervisor khosi said she would find out why and call back but im still waiting for a response. I've taken 3 days off from work sitting waiting for telkom. I am so disgusted by your incompetence.
