Telkom - pole removal

We are doing renovation at home and have a telkom pole in our yard that is in our way and needs it removed asap.

I logged a call on 20 February 2012 ref 717876-20022013 to remove a pole form my backyard, the lady Minina said it should be resolved in - 7 days.
When I called on the 18 March 2013 the call centre could not help me and put me through to 13 different people before someone could tell me that my reference number has been deleted and gave me a new one 720374 - 180313 and told me to call back.
the one lady was extremely rude to me and told me that I am been inconsiderate and I need to get a written consent form all the neighbours to remove the pole, Telkom need to realise that they pole is in my property and they don't even pay me rental for it.

Please I need for this pole to be removed asap.

To date nobody has attended to the pole that needs to be removed the pole.
And we are only allowed to phone the call centre
