Telkom Employee Breaks Working Adsl and Phone Line And Leaves!

Today when I came home I saw a Telkom employee up our telephone pole, I went inside to check if our telephone and adsl were still up and both were down, the guy had left when I came outside to check again leaving us without adsl or a telephone which were working the entire day until I went down to the shops for an hour and came up and found the telkom guy up the pole

I cant belive that this service is acceptable! and knowing telkom this problem will only be fixed weeks later!

I hope they resolve this issue asap as this is not fair to us as paying coustomers!
