Refer previous complaints about Telkom. Reported pole fallen over on 1 Sept. Telkom have sent 2 technicians out to look and both have apparently reported the pole to the 'pole' department. It is now 29 days and we are still waiting for a repair team to come out.
Horrible service all around.

I will keep on posting a complaint on HelloPeter every 5 days until Telkom comes to repair this pole. DO NOT PHONE ME AND ASK FOR THE DETAILS AND THE ADDRESS. I HAVE EXPLAINED THIS TO COUNTLESS PEOPLE NOW. JUST COME AND FIX THE POLE!!!
