I was sent an escalation number for not having a phone line that works since 4 November 2013. We were told that a pole was to be replaced because a dead short is causing the lack of service.
Now that it rains every afternoon the pole cannot be changed. Are we going to wait until winter? By then the poor Telkom Techies will get too cold to get out of their nice warm mobile workshops.
No-one takes responsibility at Telkom. You cannot get hold of a supervisor, they just put you on hold till you hang up.
Telkom should be privatised so that they can get rid of all the ghosts working there.
