This is really getting bad since this is my third complaint about Nashua.
every month they cut off my phone or they just not unsoft lock it when it is the new beginning of new month.
Then i need to get people to phone in to unlock it because of there bad service then they refuse to help since it is not me phoning, but how can i phone if the never activate my phone or just block.
I have also asked numerous of times to get statements of my billing of the costs of my calls and so forth but still no a vile, but my phone will go over my limit with R300 but they cant tel me why or what that R300 was for.
Worse is they still do not take debit orders so i have to pay manually every time although i have asked them twice and in my last complaint to changes it
