Since October 2011, have been grappling with Cell C, trying to get confirmation that all the deposits that I paid to them on account, 00836621 have been accounted for. Early this year 2013, Cell C, sent me statements that ended with 21st December 2012 date. This account I paid off in March 2012, following Cell C`s legal Dept who were demanding payment of an extra amount from me, or else I will be listed. I paid that amount and requested statemenents to see where the excess amount came from. I need statements up to the day account was closed. But Cell C, only gave statements up to 21-12-2012. I need statements from 21-12-2012 to date account was closed. Get closure services tried to help me, but also ended up referring me to Cell C escalations, Cell C escalations have never replied to me. All I need is statements from 21-12-2012 to date account was closed. I need this to satisfy myself that all the money I paid was allocated to my account.
