If someone can reply and tell me where I can attached all my correspondence from Vodacom sine I've started with the upgrade in October 2013, all the sms's I got from them confirming that my upgrade was successful with the copy of my bank statement I've send them and to date my debit order is still going off for the new package and believe it or not I'm paying for a cell than have been blocked, as per my bank statement and the message from them my last payment was for - R787 that I've paid it show's on my bank statement.
Please get back to me anyone that can show me how to enclose all the messages I want the world te see and then everyone will understand my frustration with them. To date I'm still waiting for them to show me on my Bank statement were the funds was reversed. If I have to make copies I will I still got those sms massages they have send me on my phone 1st sms was in 1st October 2013 2nd in 30 November 2013 - 5 messages about the up grade.
