I have been making the same query to Vodacom regarding a upgrade done in September/October. I was told to get an affidavit and fax through to you which I've done. I have received no feedback since!!! I don't get assistance when I call and am getting fedup. 2 debit orders have already gone through for R525.60 each in October and November. I have just received another bill now for December. I was told that an investigation is pending but I don't understand why I'm still being billed- why is the account not frozen during the investigation!!! The monies debited are substantially higher than my usual debit order.

I just called again today and I spoke to Bonginkosi who says they haven't received my document, when last week they said they had!!! This is frustrating and a bad reflection on Vodacom!!! He tells me to fax the affidavit because they are waiting for it. How many times am I suppose to fax the affidavit through!!!

The reference number I received was S3-T6G2U-UGHF9. My account number is I1967733-9 and the number is 0726941768.

Someone please sort this out!!! I want my money refunded as I did not authorize any of this.
