Amount of R265.32 was debited from my account by Vodacom on 14 November 2013. I called Vodacom call center on 18 November and I was told that I have two new cellphone contracts that I was not aware of. I was requested to fax affidavit and copy of my ID to 0860082082, which I did on 19 November. I called again on 25 November to follow up and was told that they have not received my documents. I went to Vodashop in Brooklyn to fax the documents again. I called on 4 December and was told that they still have not received my documents. I was given new number to fax to, 0116537921, to which I resent the documents to on the same day. I was given reference S3-T6680-0ILJ for the call.
Today, 6 December I called, and I was told that no documents have been received and my complaint is still pending. Clearly Vodacom does not want to resolve this matter and they are fully aware of this. I am tired of going up and down. Someone please assist me.
