On the 17 September i received an sms from vodacom stating that my order was processed for my upgrade and i will be receiving a delivery soon. on the 18 September i called the costomer cetre and i was told that a Apple i fone 5 was delivered on my address which i never received and there was an upgrade that i had done. i told them that i did not do any upgrade and i was told to fax through an affidavit stating that i did not do any upgrade. on the 19 September i did that. i called in 14 October as i had seen that i was going to be billed R504.00 instead of R99 and i was informed that it is still under investigation. i made it clear to them that i do not want any extra money debited on my account as i did not sign for any upgraded. today when i called in they told me that they have not recieved my documentation and i must fax again i mean now are they for real? i must be the one calling in to find out the progress and now i must go around faxing documentation over and over, this really drustrates me as i did not sign up for any upgrade with vodacom.
