VODACOM - Worste telecommunications service

I have applied for a phone last year. I never got any statements from Vodacom on how much I am owing them so they handed me over to VVM. VVM what can I say. I dont know if there is anything worst then this company. After I have paid VVM phoning them, emailing proof of pyament in Feb/March on numerous occassions wanting a paid up letter from them. I am still waiting. They told me it takes about 21 days - this 21 days has turned into months now. then I had to find out on my ITC that they have put a default on my name - I am so off - I can scream!! I dont know what more to do!! Phoning them now is prob someone telling me again the letter is gonna take 21 days. What more must I do... My life is on a stand still because of this stupid people.
