I have a Cellphone Contract with Vodacom, this contract was for one Cellphone. Accordingly to the contract my monthly debit order is R408.
My debit order for end of March was R608, when i called Vodacom Contact Centre i was advised that i took out an additional contact, hence the debit order. I advised that agent that i had not taken out a second contract. I was told to send month's bank statements as well as an Affidavit so that the Risk Department can launch an investigation, i submitted the required document.

My Debit order for end of April was R808, I spoke to Pule who advised that is I should submit yet another bank statement accompanied by yet another affidavit and nobody can really tell me if there is any progress with the investigation.
Pule further advised me that the investigation for the R608 has not begun yet because the documents i sent went to another department.
Now i need to know what needs to happen in order for these to stop and for me to be refunded, furthermore, i need to know how Vodacom allowed for a second contract to be taken out why when i did not sign anything in relations to second contract.
