OK Vodacom you had your chance. You cant even return phone calls. I told you time and time again to change my debit order date to the last working day of the month. You dont want to. Last month it was the 21st, i had to pay penalties at my bank once again because my salary date is the last working day of the month. But yet you got paid and i still havent received my airtime or refund. I justi received a sms stating you taking money on Friday the 13th December... I think you are. I have such a bad name at the bank because of you. For more than a year you cant fix my debit order date? My contract expired in April already so here is my solution.. CANCEL MY CONTRACT! I bet i will get a phone call today. And please dont respond with "we apologise to make ourselves feel better". Just cancel it and put me back on prepaid. And remember YOU offered me this contract via a phone call because according to you i was spending too much on airtime. Id rather do that again than you my money every month and giving me a bad name at my bank. I have stopped your debit order already. CANCEL CANCEL CANCEL. Did i say it enough times so you will action it???
