Dr Order Date and amount changes

I tried to change a debit order date as per the date in the contract agreement the debit order date for monthly repayment was agreed to be 1st of each month. FNB deducts on the 25th of each month even though I requested numerous amounts of time to change the deduction date to the 30th of each month. I phoned in to the call centre which is an extremely hideous experience. I have a detailed list of people I spoke to but they refuse to change the date as I was told that even though the contract says the 1st, FNB has the right to deduct money when they think the salary date. I thus requested to speak to a manager which I was told they are not available. I was told that I must send salary slip as proof to change the debit order date. I think it's ridiculous that I need to send proof to request a change in debit order dates from the 25th to the 30th of each month. I have an vehicle finance with Wesbank and can request a debit order change at any time. It seems to be a nightmare to get the debit order date changed in this instance. What is the use of the contract debit order date if FNB deduct when they feel like. this is ridiculous. All I want to change is the amt to more and the date!
