Cell thank you for spoiling my birthday. On the 10 Dec 2013 (my birthday) R34 was taken from my airtime. Your consultant at the call centre says it was for internet services used on the 10 Dec at 06h57 the morning. This time i was still sleeping. Also your consultant claim that it can be my children which i will dispute anytime. Also what i do not understand is that airtime is only being use when data is used up. What happen to my data. As i am sending this complaint i am sitting without airtime thanks to cell c. Thank you for spoiling my beautifull day and pls investigate what happened to my airtime.
