I am now simply tired of Vodacom that doesn't change my debit order date. It went well for a year and after that the date has changed every month to whenever I dont have money in the bank. I have phoned enough times now to get this fixed. The debit order date must be for the last working day of the month, but once again you tried to take money on the 21st. The money has gone off now and i had to pay R60 in unpaid debit order penalties AND you got your money from my bank on the 29th of November. But funny enough i got an sms this morning stating my account is in arrears and when i phoned the system is down. I want my airtime as per my contract TODAY and I want the R60 back in my bank account for your faults. My contract is due for an upgrade but you dont want to give me what i want. So get my account fixed or cancel my contract. Choose
