I recently upgraded my contract, Vodacom continue to bill me for two contracts incorrectly. They now owe me R800 and I have been fighting with them for the past 3 months to get a credit note passed. The call centre are pathetic because I have called on a number of occasions, promises are made to call me back but no one does.
I am at that point where I am going to return the debit order and Vodacom will sort it out on their own account in fact if they freeze my number perhaps its a good chance to change to another network!!
