Phone not fixed according to agreement

I took my samsung Galaxy SII for repairs at Vodacre Dutoit street on Monday, because the phone fell and had a chip on its body and cracked the LCD .on collection of the phone i noticed that the LCD was fixed but the Chip on the body weasnt, when I questioned the consultant why the chip wasnt fixed he said he didnt know and will find out, after dissapering for 30 minutes to the back office . he came out with a technician who advised that the chip was not fixed because they dont fix chips, Then i asked him why was i advised that it was going to be fixed, after I refused to take the phone the technician adviced that the reason it wasnt fixed was they were out of stock and that i should take the phone and bring it back on Monday and only then will he ave stock. i refused and told him i will collect the phone on Monday when its fixed 100%. I am not happy with the service i received more especially after paying that Money which left a huge dent on my budget, i feel that i was taken for a ride and if i didnt become difficult the consultants were going to take advantage of me
