This is not the frst complaint in this regard. Cybersmart accounts department is either incompetent, or they simply dont care about customers.
I already gave you notice on 2 JANUARY 2013!!! to cancel my account. Now I want to cancel my account with Telkom AND CYBERSMART HAS NOT INFORMED THEM OF THE CANCELLATION, SO I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER MONTH WITH TELKOM FOR NOT USING A LINE!!!
