Forced to change my BMW windsheild

29th September I logged a claim with budget insurance to fix a chip on my windsheild. When I brought my car in first time Anthony told me the chip can't be repaired because the windsheild was wet and he insisted on changing it access free. Then I told him I just want a chip fixed, so ill bring a car some other time.
Second time when I brought my car they told me Anthony is not in and he is the only one who fixes chips. I was given a business card to phone before I bring my car again and see if he is available.
On the 31st October Anthony called me to check when I can bring my car in, then I told him later during the day.
When I arrived Anthony asked if I still don't want to change the windsheild and I said no. He then told me a chip can crack during the process of fixing, I then walked away to another shop. 5 min later Anthony called me and said the chip cracked so they will have to change the whole windsheild and I won't be charged access of R750.
I've fixed chips with PG glass more than 5 times and they have never cracked my windsheild during the process.
I think Anthony cracked my windsheild intentionally so He can charge insurance for full windsheild
