Paying for a phone which is not in my possession!!

Samsung S3 started giving problems, which I handed in at Vodacom, Menlyn. Received an SMS, phone ready for collection. Collected phone, but was not fixed. Still the same problems which it was sent in for. Phone booked in again on same day. Was asked to come back later that day. Went back and was told the phone was fixed, but after testing it a few times, the problem still existed. They took the phone from me again while I waited for them to inspect it. After getting it back again, it seemed to work, but only for the rest of the day. The next day I was having the same problems with the phone. Returned to the store for the 4th time and was told that they would send it through to Samsung for repairs. 1 Week later, SMS'ed to collect phone. Collected phone from store, and was told that the phone was not repaired as it has water damage?? The technician who had a look at the phone 3 times did not pick up any water damage. Asked to speak to technician, consultant to my face. Asked for the manager, phone sent back to Samsung. I logged complaint with Vodacom, 1 week has passed and have not heard anything. 1 Month without phone! Paying for something I don't have! UNACCEPTABLE!
