Cat Box is currently running a promotion called Buy, Scratch & Win, in celebration of Heritage Month. Customers have the chance to win prizes when they make a purchase at Cat Box stores. Yesterday, I visited the Cat Box Rustenburg branch and purchased 45 kg of Heritage dog food and 10 kg of bird feed. Surprisingly, I was not asked to participate in the Scratch & Win promotion. Instead, they only requested my pin and payment information. It seems like there was a misunderstanding or oversight.
