On the 11th of February, 2024, I applied for a phone online. On the same day at 11:01 am, I received an email stating that I was approved and that the phone was on its way. However, on the 15th, when I inquired about the phone, I was told that I earn too little. I would like to know why you would approve someone, make him wait a whole week, and then tell him that he won't be getting the phone. No one seems to be able to give me an answer.
