Failure to respond to notice request

Ai Telkom,

I have written twice and phoned twice and still I don't get a response from your [Email Removed] email address to give notice to my 8ta Internet promo contract.

I phoned on 30 October and was instructed to email my notice. I have done so on the 30th Oct and again on 21 Nov. I have again phoned and was told it takes 30 days to get a response on a contract notice. Well it has been more than 30 days and still no response.

As an existing customer with ADSL and fixed lines, it makes me wonder if I should not review those services as well.

Come-on, you can do better.
