Vodacom Agent called me and conviced me for airtime top up, it meant to increase my debit order to R315.pm and i agreed. on the 27/02/2013 VODACOM debited my account with R1589.45!!! and now i am receiving statements of over R3000. which i am expected to PAY! I want refund from vodacom. when i called Vodacom i was also told about a line of 071 360 5422 which was billed to me and it actualy belong to some male african guy whom i DO NOT KNOW! i have been advised to write a dispute letter and attach bank statements from January 2011, this meant that i had to drive from Bryanston to Randburg Capitec branch to get the statements and unfortunately it is closed (renovations) until 22May 2013 and i can only retrieve 3 months bank statements from the internet. I need someone to get VODACOM to refund me, the Vodacom Agent made a mistake and they cannot make me Pay for their Mistake... i now have arrears from other debit orders which bounced because of the huge amount debited by Vodacom. Currently my sim card has been closed, my life is a mess! i have missed opportunities of new jobs and chances of statrting my own business because i no longer have a phone! Notifications are missed
