Call centre: Upgrade cancelled Vodashop says not!

Contract was offered via phone on 20/11. It was cancelled Monday 25/11. Courier tried to deliver phone 26/11 and was not accepted. #082 159 on 27/11 told me still waiting for return of phone to warehouse. Monday 2/12 phoned to check status and confirmed phone back in warehouse and deal is cancelled. Tabeng from Customercare at 2/12 @16:30 also phoned to confirm this cancellation and could go to Vodacom shop for upgrade. Saturday 7/12 Vodashop The Bridge PE was unable to process upgrade do to system show phone on order! #082 111 ref: S3-T9N2T-C7P20 confirmed that new fees was debited from my bank although they can see phone was never received! Olivia and Teamleader Vincent @ 082 111 on 9/12 again confirmed upgrade at shop was possible and must call upgrades #082 159 if problems still exists. At 16h30 Vodashop Sherwood PE could not process upgrade as system shows phone on backorder. Teamleader @ 082 111 @ 17h30 based Cape Town assured upgrade is possible as Vodashop Canal Walk system would allow upgrade.

What a night mare. upon upon to customer of 15 years with more than this contract. Only once ref nr. was given although asked for. Please help!!!
