Its been over 5months now and I am still waiting for Vodacom to refund me the money that they promised on numerous occasions that they will refund me. In September when I was in contact with them, I was promised a refund within 24hrs and I am still waiting.
Vodacom has been sending me Statements that informs me of this particular refund but as I have said I had not received such.
