IMy Samsung crashed last week wednesday as all thing break this was not a problem. I then took it to the centurion mall Mtn where I work and everyone was friendly and helpful. My problem is that now it is Monday and I have no idea where in the system my phone is and I am leaving for Italy on friday for a month and wanted to use my phone abroad. I gave the phone in on Thursday at 9am and was told that they collect the phones once a day so when I checked on Friday it had still not been collected and I asked that someone call me once they had collected it so that I could follow up at the client service centre but now no one knows??? please help im desperate!!!
