FAILURE TO REPLACE PHONE LOST BY BRANCH

I sent in my iPhone 4S in June for repairs (still under warrantee) and about three months later have nobody indicated when I can collect the phone. At the branch (The Grove) did the staff indicate that the phone was collected. I told them impossible as I am the only person allowed to collect phones etc. After a full investigation by Nashua Mobile was it clear that the phone was not taken by myself but that there was a breach in their security (one way or another) and that the phone has been. They have reported this to the police and gave me an undertaking that they will replace the phone. After about 2 weeks they phoned and asked if an iPhone 4S 16Gb will be OK as my original phone was a 64GB. I told them NO, I want an equivalent phone or something better as they told me they have difficulty in sourcing stock. After numerous calls, visits to the branch etc. and still nothing. Upon phoning Nashua Mobile that told me this will be escalated. Now a week later, and the Nashua Mobile operator can't find anything on the system and we are back at square 1, that I have collected the phone in August.???
Monthly cellphone bill between R15k to 25k per month and this is the service
